Weaving the Magic of Art & Fashion

NURLANTHI (pronounced Nur-lan-di) aims to intensify the relationship between art and fashion in an extraordinary Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander cultural fashion performance.

Based on the Kaurna word loosely translating to mean ‘the twisting of fibers,’ NURLANTHI will weave its magic drawing on talent from across Australia.

Gracing the stage in wearable art, local Indigenous models will be joined by mesmerising Aboriginal dancers and a thrilling live performance from Electric Fields, culminating in a spellbinding dreamlike journey.

Through textiles, models, adornment and song NURLANTHI will simply leave you breathless.
